JOB DESCRIPTION:
Make outbound cold calls to targeted list of prospects and Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients.
Maintaining data on all customer interactions, analyzing and publishing trend.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as development of new client base.
Expert in dealing with clients via Skype, Phone Call, Chat and Video Conferencing.
Generate Qualified Leads through Cold Calling, Online Bidding, Email Marketing and other Portals.
Expert in creating market presentations, proposals and lead funnel.
Professionally engaging with prospects in the international customers (USA and Canada market preferred).
DESIRED SKILLS:
Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
Work Collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member.
Ability to complete tasks in the expected time frame.
Should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Should have good Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ensure perfect day planning & good reporting skills for growth.
EDUCATION:
Any Undergraduate - Any Specialization with excellent communication skill will be considered.
Post-Graduation Not Required.
